SKU: LEO-GHKKPV-TD Category:

This formulation combines two well-characterized bioactive peptides: GHK-Cu (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine:copper(II)), a naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide with established roles in tissue remodeling, antioxidant gene upregulation, and dermal fibroblast activation; and KPV (α-MSH C-terminal tripeptide Lys-Pro-Val), a potent anti-inflammatory peptide that antagonizes NF-κB signaling and modulates intestinal and cutaneous inflammatory cascades. The transdermal co-formulation enables simultaneous delivery of both peptides for research into synergistic wound healing, skin barrier restoration, and localized inflammation resolution in ex vivo and in vivo models.
