Agreement

These terms apply to your use of symbioticpeptides.com (the "website") and to every order placed with Symbiotic Peptides ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Eligibility and research use

You must be at least 21 years old to buy from us. By placing an order you confirm that you are buying for legitimate laboratory or scientific research, that you are qualified to handle research materials, and that you will comply with the laws that apply where you live.

All products are sold for research use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements. Our Research Use Policy explains this in full and forms part of these terms.

Products and information

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, and publish batch documentation such as Certificates of Analysis where available. Packaging and labels may differ slightly from the images shown. Information on the website is provided for research and educational purposes only and is not medical advice.

Availability can change at any time. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable, we will tell you and refund you in full for that item.

Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in USD. Any taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we reasonably believe the order breaks these terms. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, costs and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are covered by our Refund and Returns Policy.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• use, sell or supply our products for human or animal consumption or use;
• resell our products with medical, therapeutic or health claims;
• provide false information when ordering or creating an account;
• misuse the website, for example by attempting to access it without authorisation or disrupt it.

Warranties and liability

We guarantee that products match their description and documentation when they leave us. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, products and the website are provided "as is", without other warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from use of a product contrary to these terms or to the Research Use Policy. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Intellectual property

The website, including its text, images, logos and documentation, belongs to Symbiotic Peptides or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where our business is registered.
