Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days of payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders paid before 2:00pm ET on a business day usually ship the same day.

The exact cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. We ship with USPS and UPS.
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and start when your order ships, not when it is placed.
Packaging and temperature
Products are sealed and packed in protective, discreet packaging. Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with insulation and cold packs where needed. Please store items as directed on the label as soon as they arrive.
Tracking
When your order ships we email you a tracking number. You can also see the status of every order in My account. Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout; we cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly.
Delays, lost or damaged parcels
If tracking has not updated for several business days, or your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will reship your order or refund it in full.
